Being poor and loving a good new flick at the cinema do not go well together. Cinemas are notoriously expensive, particularly if you have a family. It is currently $17 for an adult ticket at Reading Cinemas Mandurah which is pretty standard across the board. But if I can save $6 on my monthly cinema trip I will.
Recently I bought the digital version of the Entertainment Book. It was an investment at $65. But it has already saved me $45 at Red Manna and allowed me to buy up to 10 cinemoney tickets for $110. $11 a ticket! That's cheaper than cheap Tuesday!

If you don't want to buy an Entertainment Book there are alternatives. Alcoa Social Club offer discounted cinemoney to employees, or you can buy a book of 10 adult cinemoney from the cinema directly for $125, which still works out cheaper than a child's ticket.
The only disadvantage to the Entertainment Book and Alcoa options is you don't get Reading Cinema points for buying the cinemoney through them. You do for purchasing the books directly through the cinema though.
I used a ticket to go see Sisters. Have you seen a good movie lately? Comment below.
